Does the gift card cover tax and shipping? +
The card value applies to her order, and tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $75, so an $80 or $100 card covers a trio with free shipping, plus tax.
Does the gift card expire? +
No. Your gift card never expires, and any remaining balance stays on the card for her next order.
Can the gift card be refunded? +
Gift cards are non-refundable. Whatever she chooses with it is covered by our First Pair Guarantee and free exchanges, so she can get the fit right.

What is the First Pair Guarantee? +
Wear and wash your first single pair in complete comfort. If the fit or feel isn't right, keep it and we will replace your size or refund the purchase within 30 days. Any additional pairs in trios or multi-packs must remain unwashed, unworn, and in their original raw cotton packaging. This applies to the underwear she chooses, not to the gift card itself, which is non-refundable.
