I'm Thais, the founder of VIMERA.

I grew up in Peru and have always had a personal connection to the materials and textures of the place I came from. Years later, living in Encinitas, I found myself drawn to the same qualities in everyday life: natural materials, simplicity, and things that feel quietly beautiful.

VIMERA grew from bringing those sensibilities together.

I wanted to create underwear that felt natural against the body and beautiful to look at. Where exceptional materials and considered design could coexist without either one becoming the whole story.

VIMERA is that point of view, distilled into the first layer.

A Rarer Kind of Cotton

VIMERA is made from 100% organic Peruvian Pima cotton, sourced from the coastal valleys of Peru.

Known for its exceptionally long fibers and naturally smooth hand, Pima cotton creates a breathable, lightweight layer that moves naturally with the body.

For us, the material isn't simply a specification. It is the starting point for the design.

Designed for Natural Movement

We believe comfort shouldn't require compromise, and that natural materials don't have to look basic.

Every waistband and leg opening is fully encased in organic Pima cotton, so the elastic never sits directly against the skin. The construction is intentionally restrained, allowing the fabric to move with the body rather than hold it in place.

Nothing added for the sake of appearance. Nothing taken away at the expense of beauty.

Conceived in Encinitas and made in Lima by skilled seamstresses, VIMERA creates intimates with a relaxed point of view and a lasting sense of ease.
